GOTHAM PODCAST STUDIO - MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Two VERY important facts about membership. 1. If GPS is hosting/distributing your show, the monthly membership has to be paid each month regardless if you'll be recording or not. 2. For members not utilizing the Network/Hosting/Distribution services, you may take breaks from the membership but there is another 3 month commitment each time you return to the membership.
New memberships with GPS come with a 3 month mandatory membership commitment. You pay monthly for those 3 months and then after that you can decide if you would like to stay a member or switch back to hourly.
All memberships run month beginning to month ending. If you sign up on the 9th your membership will end at the end of the month and renew with other members at the beginning of the next month.
Membership payments are due by the 1st of each month and a late fee of $15 is added if not paid by the 3rd of the month. If not paid by the 5th all previously booked time is cancelled and the membership becomes inactive.
If GPS is doing the Hosting/Distribution of your show there is a one time on-boarding fee of $100 due. This $100 pays for the GPS staff to create/upload/onboard your show onto the distribution channels. This on-boarding charge is non-refundable.
The link and password for members comes out each month 1 week before the start of the next month. At that time you can access the calendar to book and pay as a member. All bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance, you can reach out to me for last minute availability but there will be an admin charge of $15 for those bookings. When you book time you get an email kickback with links to change/reschedule/cancel the booking. There is a 48 hour lock out on changing your scheduled time, just good to know if you need to cancel or reschedule do it before the 48 hours. If you can't make it to the booked time, the deposit is kept as a late cancellation/reschedule fee.
